Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
The product must have been purchased within the last 10 days.
The product must be unused and in its original, sealed packaging.
You must present the original purchase receipt or order confirmation.
Non-Returnable Items
The following types of items cannot be returned:
Products that have been opened or whose seal has been broken.
Products that are not in their original packaging or show signs of tampering.
Any product that was not purchased directly from Genetics Wellness or for which you cannot provide proof of purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions.
Your Return Options
If your return is approved, you can return your product using one of the following methods:
Option 1: Self-Return (Full Refund)
You can ship the product directly to our head office at your own cost. Please use an insured and trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method (Bank Account, Easy Paisa, or Jazz Cash).
Option 2: Courier Pickup (Convenience Fee Applies)
You can request a pickup from your delivery address through our partner courier service. For this convenience, a deduction of Rs. 200 will be made from your refundable amount to cover pickup and processing fees.
Process: Contact our customer care to schedule a pickup. Once we receive the product at our facility, we will process the remaining balance to your chosen method (Bank Account, Easy Paisa, or Jazz Cash).
Refund Process
We cannot issue a refund without first receiving and inspecting the returned product. After your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within a reasonable period.
Product Tampering or Quality Concerns
