Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. 2. Shipping Charges & Delivery Time
We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over Rs. 1750.

• Delivery Time: Orders are typically processed within 24 hours and delivered within 2-4 business days across Pakistan. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Yes, we offer a secure and convenient Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method across Pakistan.

COD Terms & Conditions:

• The courier company will require payment before handing over the package for inspection.

• Please inspect the parcel before accepting it. DO NOT accept the package if the outer box appears tampered with, opened, or significantly damaged.

• COD is available for orders under Rs. 10,000.

• For orders above Rs. 10,000, please contact our Customer Service team to arrange an alternative payment method.

4. Order Confirmation & Process
For your security, once you place an order, our team will contact you (via phone or email) to confirm the details. Your order will only be dispatched to our delivery partner after this confirmation is complete.
