Vitamin D3 (BP).....200,000 IU

Adults:

1 full oral shot (200,000 IU)-Once a Month for 2-3 months, followed by 1⁄2 (100,000 IU) oral shot once a month for maintenance.

Infants (breastfed):

1 full oral shot (200,000 IU)-Every 6 months
